We offer free shipping on all orders via UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service for all destinations within the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Most shipments arrive in 2-8 days. International shipping will be quoted on an individual basis. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping (with customer approval) on bulky items. Also, if you would like to pick up your order at the shop, just select "Local Pickup" under shipping options.

Refunds
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you would like to return
something for a full refund please alert us within 90 days upon
receiving the item. If the item is new and in the original packaging we
will refund you as soon as we receive the merchandise.
Returns
If the item has failed we will stand behind the item to the best of our
ability. We may need the item shipped to us in order to ship it to a
manufacturer who then may assess, repair or replace the defective item.
Often it is more efficient for a customer to deal directly with a
manufacturer in this case, but we will stand behind you, including
providing proof of purchase should it be required. If the item has
failed and is determined to be defective a full refund, a replacement,
or a credit at BackCountryflyshop.com will be given. Each case is different
and we would like to work with each customer on a case by case basis,
making sure that each customer is satisfied.
